The Secretary to the Cabinet presents his

compliments to the Under Secretary, of State for

the Colonies and forwards herewith for observations

a copy of a letter from the Secretary-General of the

League of Nations relative to a suggestion that His

Majesty's Government should, in connection with the Opium Question, send representatives from its possessions in the Far East to a Conference of the

Oriental Red Cross to be held at Bangkok between

November 28th and December 11th next.
